• 1.2mm -1.4mm Premium grade cowhide is used throughout main suit with 1.0mm cowhide for the overlays.
• New BKS branded high performance polyurethane protectors feature on elbow. These external protectors offer complete abrasion resistance, and are designed to reduce friction, helping to avoid the grip and flip action when sliding off track.
• Reinforced seams using extra heavy thread and multiple row inseams.
• New lightweight CE approved impact protectors, constructed using a high performance foam rubber compound, feature internally at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. New ergonomic shapes improving rider comfort, with additional wraparound protection at the knee to reduce the risk of injuries from a side impact.
• Extensive internally fitted double layered leather areas, covering the shoulder and upper arm, complete elbow to forearm and wraparound hip and seat.- Race fit with pre-curved arms and legs.
• Triple aspect waist stretch panel adapts effortlessly to riding positions and facilitates easier breathing and torso expansion. Additional stretch panels behind the elbow, above the knee and at the back of each shoulder.
• Extensive use of stretch Kevlar fabric to enhance rider comfort and flexibility on the bike.
• Torso padding uses 'memory foam' technology.
